A cutting edge design by leading design studio, AvroKO, sees PUBLICO Deli seamlessly transform into an evening neighbourhood gathering place and playful Italian bar, Marcello. A sophisticated night-time destination, Marcello is headed by renowned Italian bartender Cristiano Beretta, who serves craft cocktails in an intimate and vibrant setting. Signatures include the Milano Fizz and Amalfi Sour, inspired by 1930’s Italy, as well as the region’s largest collection of Italian Amari.
